Complete our online health and legal disclaimer form no later than 24 hours prior to your session and EMAIL to us hello@supyofi.com

To agree to Government social distancing measures and hand sanitization.

The first 30 minutes of your session will focus on physical warm up and mobilisation and learning self- rescue techniques to keep you and other water users safe.

Cancellations

Our cancellations policies remain the same, but with the added flexibility of a full refund should government policies change, or should you become unwell and unable to participate.

FAQs

Is my session going ahead?

If you haven’t heard from us please assume your session is going ahead. We are kept up to date daily by our training school the WSA with regards to best practises, we are actively following Government regulations as they develop and we follow recommendations from outdoor industry experts. 

Can I postpone my session or trip?

Absolutely. If you’re worried that you may not be able to join us due to Covid-19 you are welcome to reschedule or cancel. 

How will I know if my session has been cancelled?

If we need to cancel your session we will email to confirm as soon as possible. 

What are my options if my session is cancelled?

We offer a fully flexible re booking option with no extra charge. Or if you prefer, we can offer a full refund.

What about gift vouchers? 

Gift vouchers have been extended to the same date it was issued but in 2021 rather than 2020.
